Mediation is a cost-effective process that encourages parties to arrive a win-win resolution within one or two days. The key benefit of mediation is that It allows the parties to influence the outcome as oppose to a decision being made by a judge.

Mediation fees are usually split between the parties in dispute. Clearly mediation avoids costly litigation fees and more importantly the stress and delays of waiting for a court decision.

Claudine’s Mediation Full Day Package $3,500 plus GST on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane

• Reading and preparation of the clients’ documents
• Intake sessions
• One full day from 9.30 to 5.30
• Issuing of Section 60I certificates (if required)
• $400 per hour if the mediation goes past 6pm

Claudine’s Mediation Half- Day Package $2,000 plus GST

• Reading and preparation of the clients’ documents
• Intake sessions
• Half-day mediation from 9 am to 1pm
• Issuing of Section 60I certificates (if required)
• $400 per hour if the mediation goes past 1pm

Claudine’s Mediation via video link $3,500 plus GST

• Reading and preparation of the clients’ documents
• Intake sessions
• One full day from 9.30 to 5.30
• Issuing of Section 60I certificates (if required)
• $400 per hour if the mediation goes past 6pm
